Join us to learn foundation woodworking tools, safety and effective building techniques.  Throughout the class we will apply our acquired knowledge and skill building to a small project that will be finalized by the end of class.

Welcome to our introduction to woodworking course part A!

Have you ever wanted to start wood working but don’t know where to begin? Do tools make you nervous? Or do you just want to learn the core fundamentals?

Now is your chance to explore the wonderful world of wood craft. In this closely supervised workshop we will learn and use foundation hand and power tools, going through all the steps to build a small standard project from scratch.  The course enables you to work with tools safely and practice with a simple project during class.  Wood is a wonderful material to work with and this is the first step in your journey to exploring your ideas and creativity with woodworking.

No experience required

We accept everyone and this course is suitable for both beginners with zero experience as well as the more experienced.
